Provided in an embodiment of the present invention is a voice approval method, the method comprising: an enterprise gateway receives voice approval request information transmitted by an enterprise application server, the information carrying the contact information of an approver terminal; the enterprise gateway establishes a voice communication connection to the terminal according to the contact information of the approver terminal; the enterprise gateway transmits to the approver terminal via the voice communication connection the approval content audio information corresponding to the voice approval request information; the enterprise gateway receives feedback information transmitted by the approver terminal according to the approval content audio information, and thereby acquires approval result information; the enterprise gateway transmits the approval result information to the enterprise application server. Also simultaneously provided in the embodiment of the present invention are a voice approval device and system. With the combination and improvement of the enterprise application server and the enterprise gateway, the embodiment of the present invention enables the approver to approve the approval request proposed by an applicant via voice, thus improving approval efficiency.
