PURPOSE: A replaceable transparent soundproofing panel is provided to ensure structural stability by forming a fixing protrusion in an attaching and detaching frame for primarily fixing a transparent panel to a square frame and screwing for secondarily fixing the same. CONSTITUTION: A replaceable transparent soundproofing panel (1) comprises a square frame (2) and an attaching and detaching frame (4). The attaching and detaching frame comprises a close contact part (41), a screw joint part (42), and a fixing protrusion (43). The screw joint part is screwed to the settling part of the square frame. The fixing protrusion is protruding from the lower side of the close contact part. The settling part (21) of the square frame is formed with a fixing groove (213) for being engaged with the fixing protrusion.
