PURPOSE: An emergency LED lighting method is provided to maintain lighting in a power failure during a predetermined time by using a power discharged through a super capacitor of a charging and discharging unit. CONSTITUTION: An existing LED is turned on by receiving a power-on signal (S10). A power source is charged through a super capacitor (S20). The existing LED is turned off by receiving a power-off signal (S30). Discharging is performed by using the super capacitor (S40). A contact point is changed by blocking a relay unit (S50).
