PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna capable of performing inductance adjustment with a simple configuration to make it possible to significantly reduce an adjustment failure in a resonance frequency of an antenna device and communication device mounting the antenna.SOLUTION: An antenna comprises: a core 11; and conductor arrangement parts 12a and 12b installed around the core 11. The conductor arrangement parts are configured by coil patterns 21a and 21b, and an adjustment pattern u connected to the coil pattern. The coil pattern is arranged so as to wind around the outline circumference of the core; and the adjustment pattern has an adjustment part arranged apart from the outline circumference of the core. The coil patterns are installed so as to be separated into a first arrangement part 12a and second arrangement part 12b which are stacked so as to sandwich the core; and the adjustment pattern is installed on either of the first and second arrangement parts. Adjustment to a desired resonance frequency is achieved by breaking any of a lead-out pattern v and projection lead-out pattern z of the antenna configured as described above.
