PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide batting for warm clothing, capable of keeping fullness and soft feeling and temperature-keeping properties even when liquid water penetrates it due to perspiration by strenuous sport or being wetted by rain, and to provide the warm clothing including the batting.SOLUTION: The batting (3) for warm clothing, to be inserted into the interior of covers is obtained by directly laminating at least two layers, wherein one layer is a soft layer (1), and the other layer is a hard layer (2). The ratio of fibers by weight in the soft layer (1) is not larger than that of the hard layer (2), and the hard layer (2) includes fibers having fineness that is thicker than the fineness of the fibers constituting the soft layer (1). The warm clothing (7) is obtained by inserting the batting (3) into the interior of the covers (4 and 5) so that the hard layer (2) may be arranged in the inner side (skin side), and the soft layer (1) may be arranged in the open air side. |
