摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical substrate with which light extraction efficiency can be improved, a method for manufacturing the optical substrate, and a light emitting display device.SOLUTION: An optical substrate includes a translucent substrate 1, a plurality of light scattering walls 2 provided on the translucent substrate 1, a light scattering layer 3 provided on the translucent substrate 1 and covering the light scattering walls 2, and a transparent electrode 5 provided on the light scattering layer 3, and the light scattering layer 3 includes a plurality of light scattering particles 4. The light scattering particles 4 are preferably bubble particles, and the height of each of the light scattering walls 2 is preferably 50% or more and 90% or less of the thickness of the light scattering layer 3. The light scattering particles 4 included in the light scattering layer 3 are preferably formed so as to be generated as bubbles in the light scattering layer 3 comprising a resin cured with one or both of heat and an active energy ray when the resin is coated on the translucent substrate 1 so as to cover the light scattering walls 2 and then cured with the one or both of heat and an active energy ray.
