PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indoor unit of an air conditioner capable of generating a consistent air flow in any air flow state of an air flow state using a Coanda air flow and an air flow state not using the Coanda air flow by adjusting a relative angle between a Coanda blade and a horizontal blade.SOLUTION: An indoor unit 10 of an air conditioner includes: a horizontal blade 31 for changing a blown-off air flow in the vertical direction; a Coanda blade 32 for changing the blown-off air into a Coanda air flow along an outer surface 32a of the Coanda blade 32 by a Coanda effect in cooperation with the horizontal blade 31; and a control unit 40. In the control unit, a relative angle between the Coanda blade 32 and the horizontal blade 31 can be adjusted so as to selectively use one of: the first air flow state that the Coanda air flow is generated substantially in the entire area of the outer surface 32a of the Coanda blade 32 by adjusting the relative angle between the Coanda blade 32 and the horizontal blade 31 to the predetermined angle in the first angular range; and the second air flow state that any Coanda air flow is not generated by adjusting the relative angle to the predetermined angle in the second angular range larger than the first angular range. |
