PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-in-water-type emulsion cosmetic which has excellent temporal stability and a high protective effect against ultraviolet rays, further has a satisfactory feel of use with good spreadability and less stickiness to the skin in application, and is extremely excellent in water resistance and sweat resistance.SOLUTION: The oil-in-water-type emulsion cosmetic includes the following components (A)-(D), and fulfills the following conditions (i) and (ii). [Components] (A) An organic ultraviolet ray absorbent having a prescribed solid state; (B) 8 mass% or more and 20 mass% or less of liquid oil; (C) a polyacrylamide compound; and (D) a hydrophobized fine particle metal oxide powder. [Conditions] (i) The total content ((A)+(D)) of the component (A) and component (D) relative to the total cosmetic volume is 10 mass% or more; and (ii) the content mass ratio of the total content ((A)+(D)) of the component (A) and component (D), relative to the total volume of liquid oil, is 0.6 or more and 2 or less. |
