PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly irradiate an object with light.SOLUTION: A shield 231 has two slits 251 and 252. The slit 251 is provided between a shielding part 261 and a shielding part 262 and the slit 252 is provided between the shielding part 262 and a shielding part 263. The shield 231 is configured so as to cover a stroboscope body and it is constituted so that the object is irradiated with the light from the stroboscope body through the slits 251 and 252 of the shield 231. This technique can be applied to a photographic seal creating device photographing the object and providing the object as a photographic seal. |
