PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform simultaneous transmission/reception communication with a radio terminal having a simultaneous transmission/reception function by selecting two base stations.SOLUTION: A radio communication system comprises a base station 100, a base station 200, and a radio terminal 300 which simultaneously performs wireless communication with the base station 100 and the base station 200. The base station 100 and the base station 200 allocate time and/or frequency resources to the radio terminal 300 by using inter-base station communication.
