Provided are a saccharifying enzyme composition with which excellent saccharifying performance can be achieved with a small usage amount and a method for producing a saccharified solution using the same. The saccharifying enzyme composition saccharifies a lignocellulose-based biomass as a substrate. The saccharifying enzyme composition includes endoglucanase that has no cellulose binding domain, cellobiohydrase having a cellulose binding domain and beta-glycosidase having a cellulose binding domain.
