<p>Provided are a cylindrical granular fuel, and a preparation method and a device therefor. The cylindrical granular fuel is made by mixing crushed coal and cylindrical straw granules at a weight ratio of crushed coal to cylindrical straw granules of 1:0.15-0.7, the cylindrical granular fuel being shaped as solid cylinders. The method for preparing the cylindrical granular fuel comprises the steps of: 1. taking crushed coal for use; 2. crushing straw; 3. placing the crushed straw into a straw roller extruder to extrude the cylindrical straw granules; 4. mixing uniformly the crushed coal and cylindrical straw granules at the above ratio and then placing the mixture into a coal-straw mixed roller extruder to extrude the cylindrical granular fuel. Also provided are a straw roller extruder and a coal-straw mixed roller extruder used in the method for preparing the cylindrical granular fuel. The cylindrical granules extruded by mixing and extruding crushed coal and straw have a high level of hardness, are convenient to store and transport, can easily be burnt continuously, and can be used as an industrial fuel.</p> |
