PURPOSE: An ankle protector and an insole and a shoe which use the same are provided to improve a wearing sensation by preventing a pressure from being concentrated on any one part of an ankle area because an ankle is fixed by an air accommodation member and an inner skin which is widely contacted with the ankle. CONSTITUTION: An ankle protector comprises an inner skin which is comprised of a fiber material; an air accommodation member which is combined with the outside of the inner skin and is accommodated while air maintains a sealing state; a coupling member (40) which is combined with both sides of the upper part of the air accommodation member; and an air injection member (30) which is formed in the one side of the air accommodation member and is combined with a check valve (320). 'An insole with which the ankle protector is combined' is combined with the lower end part of the inner skin in a rear end part and is integrated into one body. 'A shoe which is combined with the ankle protector' connects the lower end part of the inner skin to a rear end part of a midsole and is integrated with the midsole into one body. |
