PURPOSE: A method which edits geomorphic data which is generated by a procedural way is provided to restrictively edit a detail of a desired level by editing the geomorphic data based on a multi-resolution. CONSTITUTION: Geomorphic data is inputted in a height map form (S101). The multi-resolution analysis of the height map is processed after the band separation of the inputted height map (S102). A geomorphic editing of multi-resolution base is processed by controlling a height value within a certain distance around a position which is selected from the analyzed height map (S103). The processed height map is stored in a gradual mesh form (S104).
