PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the appearance of an instrument panel.SOLUTION: A movable operation panel 28 is disposed to a front surface of a center cluster 20 of an instrument panel. The operation panel 28 contains a switch concerning the operation of an air conditioning apparatus and a display part that shows operating states. The operation panel 28 is movable between the position to open a center register 30 disposed to an upper part of the center cluster 20 and the position to cover at least the fin 32 of the register. The operation panel 28 covers the fin 32 and the ruggedness composed of the aperture and the fin of the register is not watched, and the appearance becomes simple.
