PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide deformed silica composite particles which suppress deterioration of the dispersibility into a target to be attached and the maintenance of fluidity of a target to be attached even if the temperature and humidity environment fluctuates.SOLUTION: The silica composite particles include silicon oxide and titanium in an amount of from 0.001 mass% to 10 mass%, wherein the silica composite particles have an average particle diameter of from 30 nm to 500 nm, a particle size distribution index of from 1.1 to 1.5, and an average degree of circularity of from 0.5 to 0.85. |
