The present invention relates to a relief forming apparatus. This relief forming apparatus of the present invention has a structure in which a relief die block and a main die block corresponding to a panel supporting pad fixed to the bottom of a relief that descends vertically through the operation of a press, and is characterized by a structure in which: a die fixing block (opposed to the panel supporting pad, having the top and bottom of a spring connected thereto when the panel supporting pad and a cam slide are returned to the original positions thereof by the rising action of the relief, and fixing and supporting the bottom of the main die block) and a slide block installed and fixed to the bottom of the relief die block are coupled to be mutually movable in a sliding manner; a relief die driving block (supporting the relief die block and the slide block along a rod length direction of an air cylinder at the bottom of the slide block, and controlling the lifting and lowering of the slide block) is installed; the relief die driving block is unlocked according to an extension in length of the rod of the air cylinder; both the slide block and the relief die block are moved in a downward slant through the resilient force of the spring; and a panel formed in relief is more conveniently ejected from the relief die block. Thus, according to the present invention, there are extraordinary effects such as a worker being able to more conveniently eject a primarily formed panel formed in relief from a relief die block when a relief die driving block is unlocked by an extension in the length of an air cylinder, and both of a slide block and a relief die block are moved in a downward slant from a main die block and a die fixing block through the resilient force of a spring, as compared to a relief of the prior art forming cam techniques such as a rotary cam technique in which, after relief forming where the end of a panel is bent by the punching action of a cam slide in a cam housing of a cam base, a rotary cam corresponding to the cam slide is rotated in one direction in order to separate the panel bent and formed from a die, or a swing cam technique in which a swing cam corresponding to a cam slide is swing-pivoted in one direction through a driving cylinder, about a point at which a camshaft is punched and coupled toward a central side. |
