<p>Disclosed is a tiltable personal portable terminal which is convenient to use and has a simple structure. The tiltable personal portable terminal comprises: a first main body; a second main body superimposed on the first main body; a link connection portion of which one end is rotatably connected to the first main body and the other end is connected to the second main body in such a manner so as to be capable of a converting slide motion and rotation; a conversion means which selectively converts the slide motion of the second main body with respect to the link connection portion into the rotational motion of the link connection portion with respect to the first main body; and an actuator which selectively provides an elastic force so that the link connection portion rotates with respect to the first main body. During the rotation of the link connection portion to a predetermined extent by the conversion of the slide motion of the second main body, the link connection portion rotates with respect to the first main body because of the elastic force of the actuator, and the second main body continuously slides and tilts with respect to the first main body in order to tilt open.</p>
