PURPOSE: A rotational energy generating device with angle holding blades is provided to maximize an area where the pressure of a flow of fluid is received as angle holding blades maintain a constant angle with respect to a direction of the flow of the fluid, thereby maximizing the efficiency of converting kinetic energy into rotational energy. CONSTITUTION: A rotational energy generating device with angle holding blades comprises a support shaft(120), one or more rotating bars(140), a plurality of angle holding blades(110), and force switching units. The support shaft is fixed to one side of a frame(130) which supports a plurality of parts. The rotating bars can be freely rotated around the support shaft. The angle holding blades are freely rotated in one side of the rotating bar and receive kinetic energy by contacting to fluid. The force switching units are embedded in the inside of the rotating bars, and both ends of the force switching units are joined to the support shaft and each one side of the angle holding blades. The force switching units convert kinetic energy provided to the angle holding blades into the rotational energy of the rotating bars. |
