PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal, a system, a method, a program, a base station, a management server which can prevent increase of power consumption and a network load due to measurement of a line condition.SOLUTION: A mobile station determines a measurement period of predetermined measurement of a line condition and/or whether to turn on or turn off the predetermined measurement according to reception quality of radio signals from a base station, and controls the execution of the predetermined measurement on the basis of the determination. |
