PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compositions useful for treatment of hematopoietic tumor in mammals and to provide methods of using those compositions for the same.SOLUTION: An anti-CD79b antibody comprises: at least one HVR sequence selected from the group consisting of (HVR)-L1 comprising sequence of KASQSVDYDGDSFLN, HVR-L2 comprising sequence of AASNLES, HVR-L3 comprising sequence of QQSNEDPLT, HVR-Hl comprising sequence of GYTFSSYWIE, HVR-H2 comprising sequence of GEILPGGGDTNYNEIFKG, and HVR-H3 comprising sequence of TRRVPVYFDY; and at least one variant HVR, wherein the variant HVR comprises modification of at least one residue of the sequence depicted above. |
