PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process cartridge capable of suppressing an occurrence of inferior image formation by improving positioning accuracy between an image carrier and a developer carrier in a state where a unit is located at a contact position, and to provide an image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: A process cartridge 21 includes a drum cartridge 22 in which a lever 55 is provided. The lever 55 is movable among: a first position where a body-side electrode 90 and a cartridge-side electrode 78 are electrically connected and a developing cartridge 23 is located at a contact position; a second position where the body-side electrode 90 and the cartridge-side electrode 78 are electrically cut off and the developing cartridge 23 is located at the contact position; and a third position where the body-side electrode 90 and the cartridge-side electrode 78 are electrically connected and the developing cartridge 23 is located at a separation position. |
