PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liposome with a high entrapment efficiency which can be easily manufactured without using an organic solvent and a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A bimolecular lipid membrane of the liposome is formed with phospholipid containing 20 to 40 mass% of phosphatidylcholine. Further, by mixing a phospholipid mixture having the phospholipid composition, an aqueous medium and hydrophilic substance, the liposome in which the hydrophilic substance is enclosed in an internal water phase is obtained. |
