PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire with improved icy road performance.SOLUTION: The tire has a plurality of circumferential grooves and land section rows. Each of the land section rows has a sipe extending in a tread width direction. The land section row includes a ridge section row formed on one sipe wall surface and protruding toward the other sipe wall surface, and a valley section row formed on the other sipe wall surface and meshing with the ridge section row. The ridge section row includes a merge section where the ridges merge with each other, and extends toward both ends of the sipe so that the ridges gradually separate from each other toward the radially inside of the tire. At the groove bottom part of the sipe, a gap section is formed where the distance between one sipe wall surface and the other sipe wall surface is increased. An end section on the radially inside of the ridge section row is located radially inside an end section on the radially outside of the gap section. |
