PURPOSE: A solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the efficiency of the solar cell by forming an uneven part on the upper side of an exposed rear electrode layer and a window layer. CONSTITUTION: A rear electrode layer(200) is formed on a support substrate(100). A light absorption layer(300) is formed on the rear electrode layer. A buffer layer(400) is formed on the light absorption layer. A window layer(500) is formed on the buffer layer. A connection part(550) is arranged in a second through hole(TH2).
