CYP450 GENOTYPE DATABASE AND METHOD FOR GENOTYPING AND ASSESSMENT OF ENZYME ACTIVITY

Provided are a CYP450 standard genotype database, a construction method therefor, and a method for CYP450 genotyping and for assessment of enzyme activity. The method for constructing the CYP450 standard genotype database comprises the following steps: comparing the standard sequence of complete human genome with a specific sequence corresponding to mutation information of a CYP450 genotype, acquiring a correlation on each base position between the CYP450 specific sequence and the standard sequence of complete human genome; converting, on the basis of the correlation acquired, the CYP450 genotype into a genotype having the standard sequence of complete human genome as a reference sequence, and acquiring a standardized genotype of the CYP450 gene.
