<p>PURPOSE: A vinylsilane compound is provided to as an electronic injection material or an electronic transportation material which is suitable for all most all colors of fluorescence and phosphorescence element having excellent light-emitting ability and charge transfer ability. CONSTITUTION: The vinylsilane compound is indicated as chemical formula 1. A is indicated as the substituted or the non-substituted C1-60 alkyl group, the substituted or the non-substituted C1-60 alkoxy group, the substituted or the non-substituted C5-60 aryl group, or the substituted or the non-substituted C3-60 heteroaryl group.
