<p>PURPOSE: A high frequency heat treatment apparatus is provided to automate all processes for a high frequency treatment, thereby massively producing products and improving the quality of the product. CONSTITUTION: A high frequency heat treatment apparatus (10) includes a product loading unit (20), a first lifting cylinder part, a product aligning unit (40), a first and a second product turning unit (50,60), a high frequency treatment part (70), a product rotating unit (80), a product lifting unit (90), a product opening/closing unit, and a product housing part (120). The first lifting cylinder part lifts loaded products (P) one by one. The first product turning unit ejects the aligned products, and vertically turns the products horizontally placed. The second product turning unit grips the upper end of the products vertically erected, and moves up and down in order to turn the products to an opposite direction. The product lifting unit separates the heat-treated products from the high frequency treatment part.</p> |
