The present invention relates to an exhaust gas reduction device for heavy equipment which is capable of meeting tightened diesel engine exhaust gas regulations by further providing a diesel particulate filter (DPF) with a selective catalytic reduction (SCR) unit, and which is capable of minimizing impacts caused by engine vibration by installing the DPF and the SCR unit on a cowl frame. The present invention comprises: a cowl frame installed on one side of a main frame adjacent to the engine so as to reduce impacts caused by engine vibration; a DPF of which one end portion is mounted on the upper end portion of the cowl frame in communication with the other end of the exhaust pipe, and wherein a diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC) is included inside to collect particulate materials; a mixing pipe of which one end is in communication with the other end of the DPF and of which one side is in communication with an injection unit that injects a reducing agent; and an SCR unit mounted on the upper end portion of the cowl frame in communication with the other end portion of the mixing pipe so as to expedite the reduction reaction between the injected reducing agent and the nitrogen oxide (NOx) in the exhaust gas. |
