PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamp 11 that can improve heat radiation efficiency and suppress temperature rise of LEDs 22.SOLUTION: A substrate 12 is installed on a substrate mounting surface 34 provided on one end side of a radiator 13, and a cover 14 is mounted over the substrate 12. A fan 15 is rotatably mounted on the other side of the radiator 13 radiating the heat that is generated in the LED 22 and transmitted to the radiator 13 through the substrate mounting surface 34, by forced ventilation. All or a part of a drive circuit 48 to drive the fan 15 is mounted on the substrate 12.
