A guide assembly (108) in one embodiment includes at least one guide (184) rigidly supported by a table saw (100), a bearing assembly (200) including a first, a second, and a third bearing (204, 206, 208) engaged with the at least one guide (184), and a fence base assembly (110) supported by the bearing assembly (200), wherein the first and the second bearings (204, 206), are biased in a first direction with respect to the at least one guide (184) and the third bearing (208) is biased in a second direction with respect to the at least one guide (184), the second direction at least partially opposite to the first direction.
