PURPOSE: A test handler is provided to reduce the weight of match plates, thereby facilitating the exchange or movement of match plates. CONSTITUTION: A test handler includes a pushing device. The pushing device has twice as many match plates (710) as the number of test trays included in a test chamber. The match plate comprises pushing units (711, 712) and an installation plate (713). The pushing units support semiconductor devices which are electrically connected to a tester. The installation plate includes installation holes (713a, 713b) to install the pushing units in a matrix shape. |
