METHOD FOR PREPARING ARTIFICIAL LEATHER OF DOUBLE-LAYER FABRIC TYPE

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an artificial leather with a double fabric type is provided to maintain a thickness and a shape similar with an existing nonwoven short tissue artificial leather and to remarkably improve air permeability. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an artificial leather with a double fabric type comprises a step of weaving a double fabric by desizing a duplex fabric which is a poly lactic acid with a diameter of 2-10 denier and a length of 10-100 mm and of which the number of component uniformly or non-uniformly formed is 1-40; a step of eluting dissolved components of a dissolving type duplex fabric in the non-woven fabric; a step of buffing the surface of the fabric; and a step of coating drying an aqueous urethane resin composition on the other side of the buffed fabric.
