PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a genetic product the expression of which is associated with cancer diseases.SOLUTION: There is disclosed a pharmaceutical composition including a medical agent which disturbs expression or activity of tumor-associated antigens, or has tumor disturbing activity and is selective for cells expressing or anomalously expressing tumor-associated antigens, and/or selectively increases the amount of a conjugate between an MHC molecule and the tumor-associated antigen or a part thereof when administered. The medical agent includes one or more components selected from the group consisting of: a specific tumor-associated antigen or a part thereof; a nucleic acid encoding the tumor-associated antigen or a part thereof; an antibody binding to the tumor-associated antigen or a part thereof; an antisense nucleic acid specifically hybridizing with the nucleic acid encoding the tumor-associated antigen; an siRNA to the nucleic acid encoding the tumor-associated antigen; a host cell expressing the tumor-associated antigen or a part thereof; and the conjugate where the tumor-associated antigen or a part thereof is isolated from the MHC molecule.
