PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily achieve an intended image expression for an image processing object region.SOLUTION: An image processor includes: display means for displaying an image; region designation means which receives designation of a target image region and a region of the image processing object from the image; image characteristic function acquisition means which acquires image characteristic functions of the target image region and the region of the image processing object; conversion information generation means which generates conversion information for converting the image characteristic function of the region of the image processing object into the image characteristic function of the target image region; image conversion processing means which converts the image of the region of the image processing object in response to the conversion information; and display control means which displays the image including the region of the image processing object, which is converted by the image conversion processing means, on the display means.
