PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid bathing agent having both appropriate hardness that can effectively maintain a liquid bathing component such as a fragrance or a surfactant with a high content by using carboxymethyl cellulose having a specific etherification degree or a salt thereof, and an excellent solubility.SOLUTION: The solid bathing agent contains the following components (A), (B) and (C): (A) a nonaqueous liquid bathing component; (B) carboxymethyl cellulose having 0.01-0.5 of an etherification degree or a salt thereof (b-1), and/or a cellulose (b-2) subjected to a surface treatment with a water-soluble polymer; and (C) a polyethylene glycol having 1,500-20,000 of number average molecular weight, wherein the mass ratio (B/C) of the component (B) with respect to the component (C) is 0.1-1.5. |
