PURPOSE: A service supplying system using an NFC (Near Field Communication) tag and a method thereof are provided to efficiently supply a position based service by using the NFC tag. CONSTITUTION: A tag information receiving unit (210) receives tag information from an NFC tag. A service requesting unit (220) supplies information about an application installed in a device and the received tag information. THE service requesting unit requests a service about the application. A data receiving unit (230) receives service data corresponding to the application information and the tag information from a server. The service data is distinguished according to the kind of application.
