PURPOSE: A wire saw apparatus and a cutting oil feeding apparatus applied to the same are provided to feed a cutting oil at a uniform pressure throughout the cutting region of an ingot block, thereby uniformly cooling and lubricating with the cutting oil when cutting the ingot block. CONSTITUTION: A wire saw apparatus a working plate (110), a pair of wire guides (120), a wire (130), a pair of cutting oil feeding nozzles (140), and a pressure control unit. An ingot block is fixed on the working plate moving up and down. The wire guides are respectively placed at lower both sides of the working plate. The wire rotates along the wire guides, cuts the lower end of the ingot block according to the movement of the working plate. The feeding nozzles feed a cutting oil to both cutting regions of the ingot block. The pressure control unit uniformly distributes the cutting oil to the regions.
