PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tapping charge number decision-supporting device, in which the product specification and the production specification form a one-to-multiple number of corresponding relationship, and the remainder obtained by dividing the tapping frame, for satisfying the necessary tapping amount of the upper rank steel type related to ordered items, by the steel production tapping unit can be supplemented by the ordered items permitting the alternative of the lower rank steel type by the upper rank steel type to reduce the inventory load.SOLUTION: In order to fill the tapping frame of the upper rank steel type (the steel type in which the alloy component cost is relatively high), the tapping charge number decision-supporting device includes: a temporary production specification determining means 1, in which for the standard and in the order of applying the lower rank steel type (the steel type in which the alloy component cost is relatively low), one that can perform the application of the upper rank steel type is searched and appropriated; and an adjusting means 2 of the necessary tapping amount for each steel type. |
