PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism in which only a communication content automatic notice setting processing script is performed by a viewer, a receiver itself determines whether a communication content of data broadcast, which is acquired from a program content, can be displayed or not, and only the receiver which can display the communication content accesses a content site to achieve automatic notice.SOLUTION: A receiver receives data broadcast which is broadcast from a broadcast station having a plurality of types of channels, and analyzes a BML script included in the data broadcast. A content management server which transmits a determination request whether a communication content can be acquired by the receiving channel or not determines whether the receiver can acquire the communication content in response to the determination request from the receiver. If it can be acquired, an original content is transmitted to the receiver, and if not, a general content is transmitted.
