PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To call back to a caller in consideration of the state of incoming calls from the caller.SOLUTION: An incoming call control device is connected with a telephone exchange which distributes incoming calls to a plurality of telephone sets and receptionist business devices which accept the incoming calls distributed by the telephone exchange via a network. The incoming call control device comprises: a control unit which manages the incoming calls and the turn waiting of originating calls from the receptionist business devices to callers corresponding to the incoming calls; and a storage unit for storing in a priority determination table the incoming calls, the originating calls, and priority information by associating the incoming calls and the originating calls with the priority information of the incoming calls and the originating calls. The control unit rearranges processing order of the incoming calls and the originating calls on the basis of the priority information stored in the priority determination table. |
