PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid softener composition that shows an excellent restoration property from a frozen state without causing corrosion of production facilities and is capable of providing good softness to textile products.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a liquid softener composition comprising: (A) 5 to 30 mass% of at least one compound selected from the group consisting of an amine compound having, in a molecule, 1 to 3 hydrocarbon groups having 10 to 26 carbon atoms that may be divided by an ester group or an amide group, a salt thereof and a quaternarized product thereof; (B) 0.1 to 3 mass% of alkanolamine; (C) 0.1 to 5 mass% of at least one compound selected from the group consisting of urea and a derivative thereof; and (D) 0 to 3 mass% of a perfume, in which a mass ratio (B):(C) between the content of the component (B) and the content of the component (C) is 1:0.1 to 1:10. |
