PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make content available in a mobile terminal which is in an off-line state.SOLUTION: A mobile terminal 6 stores content data transferred from a content management server 2 and an access policy, and reads the access policy corresponding to content to be accessed on the basis of a content access request which is inputted in the mobile terminal 6. Then a location information system of the mobile terminal 6 acquires location information such as latitude, longitude, altitude and current time and determines access effective time from the current time. If the current time exceeds an effective period, the content stored in the mobile terminal 6 is deleted. If the current time is within the effective period, it is determined that whether or not the terminal is in the access permitted space on the basis of the location information (the latitude, the longitude and the altitude etc.) acquired from the mobile terminal 6. When the terminal is outside the permitted space, a display unit of the mobile terminal 6 displays a message indicating that access is not permitted, and when the terminal is in the permitted space, access to the content is permitted. |
