PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell power generation system, in which power generation efficiency of a fuel cell with respect to a fuel consumption amount is high, without using an expensive hydrogen sensor.SOLUTION: In a detection mode, a microprocessor 32 reads a detection value of a hydrogen sensor 14, measures a detection value of a voltage sensor 20 at the time when it is detected that a fuel consumption amount at a fuel cell (FC) 16 is almost constant, and calculates a total fuel cell current by adding the measured detection value of the voltage sensor 20 and an internal current of the fuel cell (FC) 16 to each other. Also, the microprocessor 32 obtains an efficiency voltage by dividing output power of the fuel cell (FC) 16 obtained from detection values of a second voltage sensor 28 and a second current sensor 26 by the total fuel cell current. In a fuel consumption suppression mode, the microprocessor 32 performs follow-up control by controlling a DC-DC converter 22 so that the efficiency voltage becomes the maximum. |
