PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying apparatus in which a conveying efficiency is enhanced by the conveying passage switching part which transfers articles to be conveyed in both directions between the first and second conveying passages conveying the articles to be conveyed in the conveying directions in the first and second conveying passages in a non-transferring configuration not transferring the articles to be conveyed.SOLUTION: The conveying apparatus has the first and second conveying lines 111, 121 and the conveying passage switching part 130 transferring a container C between the first and second conveying passages 110, 120. Roller groups R1, R2 of the conveying passage switching part 130 convey the container C in the first conveying direction on the first conveying passage 110 in the first non-transferring configuration, conveys the same in the second conveying direction on the second conveying passage 120 in the second non-transferring configuration, transfers the same from the first conveying passage 110 to the second conveying passage 120 in the first transferring configuration, and transfers the same from the second conveying passage to the first conveying passage 110 in the second transferring configuration. |
