PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of analyzing a plurality of sulfur containing compounds such as cysteine and cystine included in a measurement sample simultaneously in a short time.SOLUTION: There is provided an analyzing method for two or more kinds of test objects including a step (1) of making the measurement sample flow to a flow passage together with a moving phase; a step (2) of making a moving phase which does not include the measurement sample flow to a flow passage P2 and a flow passage P3; and a step (3) of acquiring chromatograms of two or more kinds of test objects exiting from analysis columns through the steps (1) and (2) (where the flow passage passes through a pre-processing colum forward and then passes through the analysis column to reach a detector, the flow passage P2 passes through the analysis column to reach the detector without passing through the pre-processing column, and the flow passage P3 passes through the pre-processing column backward and passes neither the analysis column nor the detector to be discharged). The step (1) ends after the two or more kinds of test objects pass through the pre-processing column in the step (1), and then the step (2) starts.
