摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an enzyme protein having an variable expression amount in association with motion strength, a secretory protein or their receptors and to provide a less-invasive and simple method for using a gene encoding them and measuring an effect of motion during normal or pathological condition on a comprehensive metabolic state, including evaluation of motion strength and muscular energy consumption.SOLUTION: The method includes measuring the expression amount of at least one gene selected from the specific gene group corresponding to electric pulse stimulation to muscle and detecting intensity of locomotor stimulation applied to muscle based on the variation of the expression amount.
