PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chip saw which can finish a cut face of a material to be cut to a considerable smooth level while cutting the material to be cut.SOLUTION: A protrusion Wa forming an irregular face is formed at the cut face of the building material W which is cut by a chip 7, however, since the sandpaper 11 of a body 3 which progresses following the chip 7 contacts with the protrusion Wa of the irregular face, the protrusion Wa is scraped. Accordingly, the cut face of the building material W is formed into a smooth face. Since a height of the sandpaper 11 with the side face of the body 3 as reference is set so as to be the same with a height of the chip 7 with the side face of the body 3 as a reference, the protrusion Wa which is formed at the cutting by the chip 7 can finely be scraped. |
