<p>An audio signal processing method and device, and a terminal. The method comprises: when an audio signal is being encoded, determining the type of the received audio signal according to a received video signal; when it is determined that the received audio signal is a voice signal, encoding the audio signal through time domain encoding; when it is determined that the received audio signal is a non-voice signal, encoding the audio signal through frequency domain encoding. Therefore, the identified voice signal and the identified non-voice signal are encoded separately, and transmission of sound is realized.
