<p>PURPOSE: A vehicle head lamp operating device and a method for preventing a vehicle head lamp from being blinking are provided to prevent a low lamp of the head lamp from being blinking by blocking a formation path with a blower relay switch. CONSTITUTION: An IG2 power fuse terminal (T1) connects vehicle battery power with a rear end of a vehicle battery power fuse. An integrated control unit (110) includes an output terminal outputting the vehicle battery power as a high switching signal of a head lamp. A head lamp high relay switch (120) operates a mechanic contact point with a coil connecting the output terminal with the IG2 power terminal. The head lamp high relay switch operates a high lamp of the head lamp. A blower relay switch (130) is related to the operation of a vehicle air conditioner. The blower relay switch operates the mechanic contact point with a coil the IG2 power fuse terminal with earth.</p> |
